Spring Tea Cake

Earl Grey tea sponge 
+ lemon buttercream
+ homemade strawberry raspberry jam
+ fresh flowers
+ brown sugar crumble

Feeling very British this weekend as I trade in the usual Easter Bunny chocolates for a Spring tea cake instead.

One zesty lemon all zested up and ready to zest!

45 long minutes.

The struggle was real.
